Heat Fastpitch Softball - (Make sure you click on the "HEAT SOFTBALL" link under Sponsored Team to get more info) We just finished our 2012 softball season. We placed all three teams at ASA World's this past summer:
12U - 1st Place
18U - 2nd Place 
14U - 3rd Place 

Tryouts are offered in the fall for Heat Softball. But, we are always looking for talented, serious players to fill our rosters. This year we are looking to fill (2) 14U teams. Powerlifting - G2 Powerlifting will travel around the state and compete against other high schools and powerlifting clubs. In 2011 we had 2 State Champions and multiple state placers. Our athletes broke 5 High School records and the team placed 5th at State with only 5 lifters. Competition is divided by weight classes and gender. We focus on 3 type of lifts during competition. The hang clean, squat, and bench press. The season will start Nov 2013. Meets will start in late December or early January. The club is open to any high school or middle school athletes interested in building greater muscle endurance and muscle strength.
