Heat Fastpitch Academy Tryouts 2017-2018 Teams
If you are looking for a family run organization where we focus on the fundamentals of the game and preparing our athletes for the future then you need to come to Heat Fastpitch Academy. We provide an indoor facility where our athletes can train year around with hitting, fielding, pitching, and catching. We have in-house pitching, catching, and hitting coaches. We work with 8U-18U girls and have multiple teams in each age division. Our program has teams that are ranked by USSSA and ASA/USA Softball every year and for the 2017 graduating Seniors we had 15 college scholarship offers for our girls to play at the next level. Over the past couple of years G2 Athletics has put 32 athletes into college on athletic scholarships with 25 of those being softball players.

*Age division is determined by your age after Jan 1st of 2018. Ex. You can play 10U still if you don't turn 11 until after Jan 1st.
*Please register through our online registration form so that we can contact in the event that we have to change dates or move field locations.
*$10 Tryout fee- You can pay at the field with a check made out to Heat Fastpitch.

Please bring plenty to drink for your athlete and maybe a snack and sunscreen.
$30 gets you into the summer program from June through July on Mon and Thur from 4-5:30pm (Heat Players - FREE)
You can't be a top level athlete if you don't train. Your natural talent will only take you so far. Being an athlete means not only improving your sport's skill set but taking care of your body. Strength, speed, and agility are a major part of that along with nutrition and recovery.
The majority of our top athletes that go onto compete in college have gone through some type of training to improve their bodies.
Sessions start on Mon May 29th but you can enroll all summer.

15 Heat Fastpitch Academy Players Earn Scholarship Offers
Fifteen 2017 Senior graduates have earned college scholarship offers to compete in various colleges in Kansas and Nebraska from the G2 Heat 18U teams.
A few athletes turned down their scholarship offers so they can focus on their academics.

We constantly encourage our athletes to work hard in the classroom and on the field. If you are interested in playing for us next year, we have tryouts in early August.
*If you are a HS athlete and looking to play in college. You NEED to be playing for someone who will help you get there and do the work behind the scenes to help you. Freshman/Sophomore year are important. Junior year is critical!!!
